like the distant sound of

onto the rocks below,
tracing rainbows in the air?

bursting through the atmosphere
with a pulse like
excitement, electric
with light, like a heavenly dance floor
in the sky?

what presence is this,
as tongues of flame dance
around us, and none is burned,
but all are filled with joy that spills
in torrents from our mouths,
a river unstoppable?
