Wanting a King
1 Samuel 8:1-20
Here we are going to meet the prophet Samuel and hear about the discontent of the people he served. We have games to play, a story to listen to, crafts, colouring, a bible verse we can learn and a prayer to share. Along the way we will we learn the people were rejecting God as their king and wanted an earthly king, God gave them Saul, at first all was good but then Saul stopped listening to God. It is all divided into 2 age groups, 6 and under and 7 and over so you can tailor it to your needs.
