A Harvest Prayer

A Harvest Prayer
Loving Father God,
We see your love of beauty in the sky, the sea, the landscape, and in the structure of living things.
We see your love of humanity in the gift of our senses, allowing that beauty to be appreciated.
We see your love through caring relationships, and
We see the constancy of that  love in the rhythms of your creation.
We thank you that you reveal yourself in these ways, but we are also conscious that all is not as you would have it be. 
There is:
conflict between peoples,
sickness and pain,
poverty and starvation.
