John 17: 20-26

I stop and wonder;
What it would be like to have been one of the twelve?
How privileged they were to know Jesus so intimately,
to be known to him personally,
to be called to follow him by name,
to be chosen as part of that close inner circle,
to share in that bond of common fellowship...
