Meditation for Maundy Thursday and/or Good Friday of The Blacksmith who forges the nails for crucifixion.
It's Thursday.
I'm working late tonight.

It's Friday.
I came into work early this morning.

I've got this special order in.
It's a bit of a rush job.
I'm not quite sure what's going on.
Last Sunday I heard they were tearing branches down from palm trees.
They used them to make a path for this guy on a donkey.
They were even using their own garments for Him to ride over
And they were using palm branches to wave at Him and shout
"Hosanna! Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna!"
Five days later, and I hear they’re going to crucify Him.
I don't understand. I simply don't understand.
