A NEW HYMN ABOUT ANNA, SIMEON AND THE PRESENTATION OF JESUS IN THE TEMPLE
Within the temple Simeon met
two parents and their little child,
then he had praised, and Anna sang,
the world would soon be reconciled.
Through years of wisdom they discerned
that this was real, this was no dream;
the birth of Christ, the day of God,
the climax of the prophets' theme.
