A Ugandan child from an IDP Camp (Internal Displacement Camp). In 2007 the 21 year civil war ended. During that time villages were raided at night and children abducted and forced to be child soldiers. People sought safety in numbers and formed IDP camps. Even though the war is over people are still fearful to move back to their villages. This photo was taken 2 years on and thousands are still living in the camps.
