Parent: You never learn, do you?
Child: Learn what?
Parent: And you never listen either, do you?

Parent: There you go again. Everything you’re doing is important. Anything I have to say is insignificant.
Child: No it isn’t! But I’ve just got to reply to this. It’s really urgent.
