Leviticus 19. 1-2, 9-18 : Ps. 119. 33-40 : 1 Corinthians 3. 10-11, 16-23 : Matthew 5. 38-48
Lord, in the clouds and darkness of this world, grant us a glimpse of your glory, that we may set ourselves to share in the bringing in of your kingdom. As you refresh and restore us, may we work for the renewal of your world; through Christ our Lord, who is alive and reigns with you and the life-giving Spirit, for ever and ever. Amen.
Father, make us holy as you are holy, that we may belong to you. Turn our eyes from watching what is worthless, to behold your glory. Let your church show that the Spirit of God is within us, that we belong to Christ and to you. We pray that your church will grow in holiness, in outreach and in number....
