Description
We should remember them, all those who died in war;
The soldiers, sailors, airmen and women, wardens
And guards, the doctors and the ones whose gardens
Grew the food; the wives and mothers; many more -
We should remember them; although so long ago
For us today what we have they gave us, truly:
Who fought, and died, and suffered after. Their holy
Presence always near on this Remembrance Day we know.
