In a pre-match interview with his disciples, Jesus talks about what happens after death. He likens
it to a house with many rooms and speaks of going to prepare a place for them. Assuming that
they recognize this as a reference to his death and resurrection, Jesus then says, ‘And you know
the way.’
Most of the disciples probably just nodded, having little idea as to what he meant. One of them, though, Thomas, is the equivalent of Five Live’s Alan Green – that is, he likes to tell it as it is.
