When the Day of Pentecost came there was a noise... like a strong wind blowing
As we gather this morning, we pray that the wind of the Holy Spirit might blow strongly through the
Church, enlivening us with the breath of God.
As we come together to praise you God, we thank you for your goodness, and bring our joy and
excitement, our concerns and our pain,
We come as one people united in the Holy Spirit.
We come before you with all sorts of expectations, expecting to find peace, expecting to be
challenged, expecting to be supported, expecting to be encouraged.
