Bible Ref: Luke 13-17
Each of the following sketches (scenes) can be used to form the basis for a complete act of worship or used as individual scenes on separate occasions. Each scene will require a narrator to read the linking text as well as the characters in the scene itself.

Jesus left that place and journeyed on to Jerusalem. Large crowds gathered around him and followed as he travelled. Jesus discussed with them the true cost of being a disciple.
Jesus: Suppose one of you wants to build a tower, what do you do? Matthew?
Matthew: Sit down and work out if you’ve got the money to buy bricks.
Jesus: And if not?
Matthew: Then it would be a bad financial decision.
Jesus: And the result?
Matthew: A lot of laughter on the part of your friends.
