Description
Jesus – God or Odd?
(Setting, props and actions to be decided by readers)
A: How odd!
B: Howard? Howard who?
A: Not Howard ya daft idiot. How odd. (spells it out) H-O-W O-D-D.
B: What’s odd?
A: Him.
B: Oh, him. You can say that again.
A: Odd that he makes wine better than any other wine.
B: Even odder that he does it from water!
A: Even odder still that he walks on water!
B: Ssssh! He’ll hear us. He’s only over there.
A:Yeah, but he’s busy. Busy praying – again.
B: That’s odd as well. All that praying. Going off on his own. Very odd.
A: Odder than choosing fishermen and tax collectors for helpers?
B: True.
A: Odder than speaking to a Samaritan woman? Or saying good things about Samaritans!
B: Also true. But not as odd as touching a leper!
A:Blimey, yeah. Did you see that leper’s hand?
B: Before and after.
