Sorrow and sighing

Two boys are running along the top of quite a high wall. Suddenly they both slip, lose their balance and fall. One boy suffers some nasty cuts and bruises and is clearly shaken up. The other boy hits his head when he lands and his leg is badly twisted under him. The first boy’s injuries and shock require attention and treatment but this can be given at home by Mum. The second boy, though, needs different care. An ambulance is called and the paramedics assess the boy’s injuries before taking him to hospital. His leg is fractured and he’s also kept under close observation because of the head wound, which has needed stitches...
