Meditation on John 3: 1-17

Gaze on Nicodemus, sitting alone one
day in his comfortable home, mulling
over the conversation he’d overheard
Jesus have in the Temple. He’s picturing
in his mind the wonderful healings he’s
seen, too, and knows these are the
signs of more than just a good man.
But Jesus’ behaviour doesn’t fit into
the strict pattern that a Pharisee
would expect, and he’s confused...
