Apart from Judas Iscariot, the betrayer, Thomas is the most notorious of Jesus’ disciples. He is known universally as “Doubting Thomas”.
I wonder how many of us sympathise with Thomas, or even identify with him. I certainly do. I know the feeling of having missed out on something and of consequently feeling marginalised...
