Gaze on these children playing in the
marketplace. Children are the same
the whole world over, and in every era.
Today they would be in the home corner,
playing make- believe games. ‘Let’s play
weddings,’ says Kelly, who’s recently
been a bridesmaid at a family wedding.
She grabs a piece of net curtain for her
veil and waits for the bridal march to begin,
and demands that Jake plays the groom...
