Micah 6: 1 – 8
Reflection on Micah 6:1-8
Never saw much point in sacrifice myself –
the kind you burn on an altar, I mean.
Look at it – you’re killing a perfectly good animal –
the best, in fact – and all that care and attention
that’s been given them, all the money that’s
been spent on their breeding, just goes
up in smoke! And all those roasting smells,
all that juicy appetising meat...
