Day of Pentecost

Acts 2.1-21
Romans 8.22-27
John 15.26-27; 16.4b-15

The Holy Spirit can be described as the ‘comforter’, which sounds just lovely. The Holy Spirit is very politically correct and not at all gender-specific. The Holy Spirit likes to leave things to the last minute, like us, and works best if you stand up unprepared and allow the Spirit to take over.
